milestone. Each update includes a chart, its multiplier since the first
scan, who scanned it, and how long ago. /updateconfig chooses chart or
text-only layout.

How they work
Tracking itself needs no setup: tokens a chat scans join the live watchlist. Rick posts a price update when one of those tokens hits a major gain milestone.
The first update is sent at 3x the first recorded FDV. Later updates are reserved for increasingly significant gains, keeping notifications meaningful.
Premium chats receive eligible price updates automatically.
